Nanda.Ai is run by Nanda.Ai. In these pages, “we” and “us” means Nanda.Ai.

By creating an account or using Nanda.Ai, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Nanda.Ai interviews you, suggests business ideas, and creates market analyses and launch blueprints using AI and live web research. Ask Nanda answers questions about your plan, up to 10 a day. Features may change as we improve the service.

Our ideas and reports are research-based guidance to help you decide and plan. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. They are written by AI, which can make mistakes: figures can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and our own calculations are marked as estimates. A fit score or verdict is an opinion, not a promise that a business will succeed. Always confirm licences, fees and rules with the official authority, and speak to a qualified professional before making important decisions. You are responsible for the decisions you make.

• You must be 18 or older during the beta. We plan to open Nanda.Ai to 13 to 17 year olds later, with a parent's approval.
• Give accurate details and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

Don't misuse the service, for example by:

• trying to access other people's accounts or data,
• overloading the service or using automated tools to extract content,
• using it for anything unlawful.

To keep the service fair and running, we limit how often some things can be done each day, such as creating plans.

Nanda.Ai is free during the beta. After launch, the interview stays free, business ideas cost 63 AED per interview and a full plan costs 75 AED per idea. These are one-off payments with no subscription. The total, including any tax, is shown before you pay, and nothing is added afterwards. If your card is in another currency, your bank may charge its own conversion fee. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Your answers stay yours. You may use the ideas, reports and blueprints we create for you for your own business. Other people may receive similar ideas, so we can't promise yours are unique. The Nanda.Ai service, design and brand remain ours.

We work to keep Nanda.Ai available and accurate, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on our ideas or reports, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

You can stop using Nanda.Ai and delete your account at any time from Settings, or ask support to do it for you. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email.
